Ingredients: Mentha x piperita (peppermint), Urtica dioica (nettle), Foeniculum vulgare (fennel), Calendula officinalis (calendula), Trifolium pratense (red clover)
Directions for use: Place 1- 2 teaspoons of herb into an infuser or teapot. Add 1 cup of boiling water and steep for 5-10 minutes.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
